Helios, the Greek god of the Sun, represents the energy and light of day. Created as a companion to Selene, this piece pushes a soft, luminous palette even further.
Neon colours layered over a bright white background create an ethereal, glowing quality, while the lion’s gentle, contemplative expression brings a sense of calm. Surrounded by sunflower shadows, the work is punctuated by a mischievous, angry sun from Super Mario 3 that adds a playful contrast.
A black butterfly anchors the pale palette and echoes the light butterfly featured in Selene, creating a visual connection between the two works.

Selene is inspired by the Greek goddess of the Moon. A powerful black panther embodies the energy of the night, surrounded by moon flowers and a luna moth.
Resting at dusk, she appears deep in her own world, quietly preparing for the nocturnal hunt. Painted in deep, dark tones with subtle touches of white, Selene explores the mystery and stillness of nighttime.
This piece was created as a companion to Helios, inspired by the energy and light of the sun.

A 30×40 inches original acrylic painting about gentleness, strength, and quiet protection. The lion’s dreamy, loving gaze evokes the image of a peaceful hunter: powerful, yet calm.
Inspired by Morpheus, the god of sleep, the work connects the moon with the nostalgic computer message “It’s now safe to turn off your computer.” The dandelions play on their English name, “DandeLION,” while symbolizing resilience.
Rich in visual texture, neon accents, and softer tones, this painting explores a gentler side of my usually bold colour palette. As with the rest of this series, every element is entirely painted, there is no collage.

A 24×48 inches original acrylic painting of a black raven in an abstract luminous environment. A black bird shadow is drifting above the raven, either ominous or comforting. The fragile, transparent bubbles spread across the scene are a reminder for the fragility and preciousness of life, reflecting the beautiful colors around them. The “please wait” symbol in the middle invites us to wait, take a moment and breathe in an uncertain moment.
